End-of-life Services

 

I am a Certified End-of-Life Doula. I trained with the Going with Grace End of Life Training Program. Additionally, I am a member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA) and I have also earned my Proficiency Badge through NEDA. These certifications combined with my decades of experience as a grief & loss social worker and holistic practitioner has allowed me to create these holistic end-of-life services for your family.

In addition, I am a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant and trained with the Celebrant Institute & Foundation. I provide Celebrant services where I can help co-create a Ceremony that truly fits your family’s needs. See “Celebrant Services” section for more details.

I provide 6 areas of End-of-Life Services. Any of these areas may be booked separately or combined in a way that fits your needs.

All End-of-Life Support can be booked at an hourly rate:

  • Between 1-8 hours is $150-$75 per hour.

  • Between 8-24 hours drops to $100-$50 per hour.

  • Anything beyond 24 hours, please refer to Holistic Support Packages for more information.

*Raven & Rose provides a sliding scale for all services. If these practices feel cost prohibitive, please let me know and we can work something out. My main goal is to make my services accessible to all and I will work with you to ensure that the cost is not an obstacle.

*Note that there is $45 cancelation fee for no show and late cancelations for all in-person or virtual meetings that are scheduled and not attended (please cancel within 24 hours…unless emergency)

Holistic support package

·       To book a “Holistic Support Package,” you will have the peace of mind that your dying loved one and family will have full-spectrum support before, during, and after a death.

Holistic Support Package #1: Includes up to 24 hours of support (continuous or broken up as needed) (NOT including ceremony)

COST: $1,400

Holistic Support Package #2: Includes up to 24 hours of support (continuous or broken up as needed) PLUS a Ceremony package

COST: $1,800

Please note that I never want to turn away any family due to a lack of funds for services. If you find that money is a barrier for your family, please reach out so we can discuss what is affordable for you.
